We stayed in a beautiful Airbnb just up from the picturesque, opulent, outstanding piece of French architecture that is the Basilique Saint Michel in Menton, France in 2022. As you lay on the beautiful Menton beach, this stunning yellow cathedral dominates the picture postcard seafront, the sun highlights and shadows all the various shades and depths of yellow and orange. I photographed it in 2022, illustrated it in 2023, definitely a place I will be revisiting.
